Indian Point is a small community located in Southwest Virginia Beach nestled along the shores of Stumpy Lake. Part of the larger Glenwood community and technically called Indian Point at Rose Glen, this enclave of about 56 homes is located just off of S. Independence Blvd. or Highway 225 minutes from the Stumpy Lake and natural area at about 10 to 15 minutes from shops, restaurants, and entertainment. These homes were built within the last 10 years and the community is now fully built out. Homes are typically two-story, brick and wood construction, 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and in sizes from 2000 ft.² to 2800 ft.². Typical prices are between $350,000 and $420,000.
Homeowner association fees are approximately $40 per month but be sure to check with current listings as these fees may change. Association fees cover common area maintenance and management. Many homes have backyard swimming pools, fenced yards, and large lots.
Residents are part of the Virginia Beach City Public Schools and residents of Indian Point are assigned to the Glenwood elementary school, the Salem middle school, and the Salem high school. All of these schools are less than a mile away and have excellent reviews and ratings by parents and students alike.

Grocery stores and other amenities are located near the Salem Elementary school on Salem Road just south of Independence Boulevard.
